    Shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order and will be shown after entering your payment details. Please note that some countries outside of the UK may be subject to import/tax charges - any applicable charges are to be paid by the receiving customer and not 2PR Productions Ltd. If you would like to know more about import charges please check with your countries postal system. If you would like further information on shipping costs/services please contact us. 

    Please note that we charge a flat rate fee for shipments - in the case of a return being made either by the purchaser or as a result of non delivery, a deduction of the actual shipment costs paid by 2PR Productions LTD will be deducted from the refund amount. A copy of the invoice showing the shipment costs paid can be provided at request.

When placing an order for a Pre-Order item please note that any other items purchased in the same order will be held back until all items have arrived. If you wish to have other items from your order dispatched before your Pre-Order arrives there will be an additional delivery charge. Payment is taken upon completion of the order and not when the order ships. You accept these terms when placing an order for an item that is on Pre-Order.
