Shipping is calculated by the size and weight of your order and will be shown after entering your payment details. Please be aware Pre-Order dates can change. Dates provided in the products description are those set by the manufacturer. When placing an order for a Pre-Order item please note that any other items purchased in the same order will be held back until all items have arrived. If you wish to have other items from your order dispatched before your Pre-Order arrives there will be an additional delivery charge. Payment is taken upon completion of the order and not when the order ships. You accept these terms when placing an order for an item that is on Pre-Order. Our policy lasts 14 working days. If 14 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. If you wanting to return your item please contact us.
We will assume that all goods delivered are in good condition. If when you open the delivery there are any discrepancies or damages, you must contact us within 5 days of the receipt of the goods. Any discrepancies or damages reported after this time limit will not be rectified.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.
